Rick B2023-02-16I visited Dr Lanza after seeing my ENT and being recommended a hearing aid. I am a first time user and was very concerned and unhappy with the device they suggested. I contacted Dr Lanza and was able to see her the next day. After explaining my situation and a quick hearing test Dr Lanza reviewed a couple of options with me and her recommendation. The recommended device was clearly far superior than what I had been offered at my ENT’s office. The sound quality was clear and natural. Dr Lanza allowed me to “demo” the device for severe days before making my decision. I am very happy that I sought a second opinion and that I found Dr Lanza. She is a caring professional and I highly recommend her.

I was recently referred to Dr. Lisa Lanza by the Veterans Administration for a comprehensive hearing analysis. I found Dr. Lanza to be highly professional and delightfully personable. Beyond the testing Dr. Lanza was very technically helpful in pairing my hearing with my iPhone and in doing so finding a defect in my hearing aids and returning them to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
