My mother is a patient of Dr Lanza.  I was extremely impressed with Dr Lanza’s professionalism.    She answers all mom’s questions and is there to assist anyway she can. It's nice to know they are there to help with any issues or questions that arise.  Eddie is very helpful and even came to mom’s condo when she was incapacitated due to a fall. Excellent Service!!  My audiologist was incredibly patient and provided outstanding service.  She took the time to explain my options clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We tested different devices, until we found the best option for my needs. My son helped me select the color for my new devices and she was kind and attentive to details. I can’t say enough good things about this office and Doctor Lanza. From the attentiveness and professionalism to the on time appointments. Dr. Lanza tested my hearing and gave me the best options after reviewing my health insurance and explained everything in detail and ordered the devices accordingly. When the devices arrived she explained everything I needed to know and calibrated the devices for me, showed me how to care for them and helped me pair them with my phone.
